What services does Baybrook Care Pharmacy provide?
We specialize in providing customized medications, compounding solutions, and exceptional customer service. Our pharmacy caters to individual needs by working directly with patients and healthcare providers.

Yes, we offer free consultations to discuss your prescription, answer questions, and provide guidance on your treatment.
Shipping and Delivery
Standard shipping is free via UPS, with delivery within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Overnight or Saturday delivery is available for an additional fee of $20–$50, depending on the location.
Medications requiring refrigeration have a flat overnight shipping fee of $20–$25.
How is my medication packaged?
To ensure privacy, medications are shipped in plain, unmarked bubble mailers or brown boxes. For special delivery instructions or alternative shipping addresses, please inform our team.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payment is required before shipping your medication.
Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, it typically takes 24–72 hours to compound your medication. Shipping via UPS takes 2 business days, while USPS shipments to P.O. Boxes may take up to 3 business days.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, check your property thoroughly. If still missing, we can initiate a Track & Trace with UPS, which takes 1–2 days. If UPS confirms the package is lost, we will provide a replacement. For packages with a waived signature requirement, Baybrook Care Pharmacy cannot replace lost or stolen items.
Billing and Insurance
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payment is required before shipping your medication.
Currently, we work with select insurance plans. If your plan isn’t accepted, we can provide documentation for reimbursement through your provider.
